Veterans' Week 2020/2021
Teachers in Windsor Islamic High School did several activities with their students during Veterans’ Week. By this memory, we honour those who have served Canada, past and present, in times of war, military conflict and peace. Here are some very creative posters designed by our respected students.
Terry Fox Run 2020/2021
Assalamu Alaykum, Yesterday on Sep. 24th, 2020, in the memory and honour of Terry Fox run, the Windsor Islamic High School has organized a mini run around the school. All present students and staff ran and celebrated this day. WIHS students created poems, drawings, pictures and posters that were presented in this event. Because the goal of fundraising was attained, refreshments and cupcakes were served at the end of the run. Prices were given for the students who participated in this event. This was a magnificent run, all were happy.

Hamzah Riaz
Hamzah Riaz is a student who joined Windsor Islamic High school in grade 9. Previously, he studied at An-Noor School during his elementary school years. Hamzah is a dedicated student who always takes the extra mile to achieve success. The school is extremely proud to announce the following: Congratulations to Hamzah Riaz , Hamzah is a WIHS graduate and a top achiever. He received admission to Howard University, Washington DC in the prestigious program BS/MD (6 years) with a presidential scholarship. Hamzah achieved a SAT score in the 99th percentile, with a perfect score in math. He has also completed Hifz during his high school years.
First WIHS Graduation Ceremony - Class of 2019
Alhamdulillah!
The June 24 graduation honored the completion of secondary studies of our first batch of students at WIHS. This graduation ceremony could not have been possible without the support of the parents, teachers, students, parent council, WIA, and our generous donors.
